Duration
We would estimate this course takes around 3-5 hours, with each module taking around 35 minutes. We would highly recommend also allowing some time after each module to identify ways to apply the knowledge to your own situation, as this is a great way to get a deeper understanding of the information we have provided.

Module 1 – The Fundamentals of Performance Management
Learn how Performance Management is an ongoing process of communication between a supervisor and an employee that occurs throughout the year and helps an organisation accomplish its strategic objectives.
Module 2 – Meaningful Motivation
Learn how you can create a motivation mindset, not just for yourself but for everyone you work with. You’ll see how to promote a “can-do” culture in your workplace, rewarding performance and establishing recognition programmes.
Module 3 – The New Frontier of Performance Management
Learn how successful performance management benefits all areas of your business, including staff retention and customer satisfaction.
Module 4 – How to Count and Make it Count
Learn how an employee Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is a document targeted to help improve performance through talent management and a specific strategy. This document should include any continuous or recurring behavioural and performance issues, as well as planning attainable goals for the employee.
Module 5 – Economic and Social Inputs and Outputs of Performance Management
Learn how high-performance working (or HPW) is defined as a general approach to managing organisations that aims to stimulate more effective employee involvement and commitment to achieve high levels of performance.
