Our Workplace Wellbeing course is perfect for employees, especially those working within a team, looking to improve their experience at work for both themselves and for their colleagues.

Course Objectives
The objectives of the course are that you will understand what kind of impact your work environment has on your emotions and mental health and how to manage these effectively. Also, how to create healthy habits within your working day, whilst building confidence and resilience. Most importantly we have given you some of our tried and tested pro tips for productivity.
Duration
We would estimate this course takes between 3 - 5 hours to complete. We would highly recommend also allowing some time after each module to brainstorm ways to apply the knowledge to your own situation, as this is a great way to get a deeper understanding of the information we have provided.

Throughout this module, you will get a deep understanding of what resilience is and the reality of resilience within the workplace.
Module 5 – Pro Tips for Productivity
Get a deep understanding of our top tips for productivity. Take a look through our detailed list and learn how to implement them within your daily life.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Tests & Certification
At the end of each module, you will have the opportunity to take a small quiz to back up the knowledge you have just learned.
For each quiz you complete successfully, you will receive a soft copy certificate (printable PDF) verifying your studies and at the end once you have completed the entire course you will get a Graduation Certificate from Make Me A Plan.
During your course you will also receive achievement badges along the way, to mark your progress and help you celebrate your goals as you reach them.
