These questions allow you to ask yourself some difficult things to take note of where you are currently in your life. Are you feeling stuck? Is change required? It’s important that we check in with ourselves from time to time to make sure we are pointing ourselves in the right direction to take steps to towards our ideal future.

I have made a deal with myself, over the course of the next month I will ask myself these questions , just one a day, I will journal my answers and maybe in a year or 6 months I will look back and check my growth and see if I need to re-align my internal compass.

It’s very easy to put ourselves on the back burner while we take care of everything else. So, I’m making April the month of Self-Care. All posts within The Finding Happy Series throughout April will be tips and tricks on taking care of you, mind, body and soul! (You deserve it!)
