BRIGHTER DAYS AHEAD

Although the weather has become a little chilly again of late, there is definitely a hint of spring. The lambs are in the fields, flowers are starting to bloom and there are green shoots evidencing new life almost everywhere you look.

The last year has been a difficult one for all of us and we have experienced these difficulties in so many different was. No two people have had the same experience throughout the previous 12 months however, with the introduction of Covid-19 vaccines and lockdown slowly being eased, it's clear to see that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

It won't be long until we're basking in beautiful sunshine with friends, celebrating the fact that we can be together once more, sharing ice cream, laughter and making plans. If you're still struggling to see the beauty of spring and enjoy the snippets of new life and brighter days, hold on just a little longer I assure you they are on the way. You could try making a mood board of things you are looking forward to or a collage of people you want to spend time with.  If you are anxious about the changes maybe try making a list of the things you have quite liked about lockdown and make an effort to still implement some of this into your routine as things open up? Whether that is making time to read, being able to say no or taking more bubble baths than you usually would.

Whatever your viewpoint, brighter days are coming, and it won't be long now until we can each step into the sunlight, taking the lessons of the last 12 months with us.
