ON SCREENS

The Philosopher-in-Residence Blog Series from Make Me A Plan's Principal Planner, Anna Pascoe
28.08.2020.

There’s little that we planners like better than the satisfaction of planning ahead, and duly, this fortnight’s edition planned to focus on screens (geddit) to tie in with the Scroll Free September campaign that the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) usually runs at this time of year.

Fast forward fourteen days and we learned that RSPH isn’t running their Scroll Free September campaign this year. Ca change tout!

So, in the spirit of staying true to our values, if not true to the planned blog, I’ve decided to hand over some airtime to some very special guests this Thursday.

Regular fans of plans will be familiar with the Screenfree Superplanners, Make Me A Plan’s team of trusty crusaders who take over our social media every weekend and implore us to gift ourselves at least one screen free day a week.

Whatever your age, daily routine or outlook, we believe that managing your screentime is a major deal in the mission for a happy and healthy life and the good news is, there’s a Superplanner (or four) to help you towards that goal…

MAYA MCPLANMAKER

v  His speciality is helping people enjoy hobbies instead of phones

During your planned screentime, you can get to know the Screenfree Superplanners better over on our social media. They usually make an appearance on Saturdays to remind plankind that a Screenfree Sunday is possible and highly preferable!

As well as pro tips and plan recommendations, the Screenfree Superplanners have been spending their summer scoping out a very special new project for Autumn 2020.

Stay tuned to be the first to see the big reveal!

Next fortnight, I’ll be musing On Reverie. Please get in touch with any particular aspects of this topic you’d like me to write about.

In the meantime,

Happy Planning
