ON SPRING

The Philosopher-in-Residence Blog Series from Make Me A Plan's Principal Planner, Anna Pascoe
11.04.2024.

Sweet members of Plankind, you might be forgiven for not being highly convinced spring has sprung or that British Summer Time is anything other than a quaint tradition relating to clocks rather than cumulo-nimbus content.

This fortnight, this Philosopher-in-Residence has one of our periodical motivational acrostics (yes these are a thing!) in this, the fourth and final instalment of our Seasons Series.

Strategy supports a positive mental attitude. Set aside time to review your strategic vision – whether that’s a work idea on a post-it note or your personal life bucket list.

People do funny things. Don’t let the people get you down.

Rain is a privilege, as are raincoats, skin is waterproof.

If the rain is getting you down, re-read the above line.

Never forget, that tomorrow is another day.

Get a positivity habit – make a plan to message or call someone next time you feel bluesy and make sure the note of who you’ll call next time is somewhere easy to remember.

If you try any of these, do let us know.

Next fortnight, I’ll be writing On Sage, which I trust will add a little flavour to your Springtime Thursday. Please get in touch with any particular aspects of this subject you’d like me to write about.

In the meantime,

Happy Planning
