The New Year is often a time that prompts to question ourselves and re-evaluate our lives.  However, spring is also a great time to do the same. The longer days, lead us to be happier in ourselves and the brighter weather can help to give us a fresher outlook which is helpful when spring-cleaning our minds.

Have a think about what is cluttering your physical space? Spring is the classic time for a spring clean, open up those windows, put some music on and focus on clearing that clutter in the corner of your room that has been bringing you down for months on end.

As well as decluttering your physical space it is also a great opportunity to clear your mind and organise your thoughts. Grab a notebook and a pen and ask yourself some questions. Think about what is cluttering your mind as well as your physical space? What is occupying your thoughts? What is holding you back from doing what you want to do? What habits do you have that you would like to change? What are you beliefs? What are your goals? What will you begin to get you taking steps towards achieving them?

These are all great questions to help you pause and refocus and now start thinking about what actions you can take in response to these questions to tackle what is cluttering up your life or holding you back.  This is such a simple thing but deciding on actions to keep you moving forward and that feeling as though you are working towards your goals is a huge step towards feeling brighter in yourself and improving your wellbeing.
